He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Greenwell and Jettie Brown (Harrison); and his son Ricky Blaylock. He is survived by: his spouse Ellaree Greenwell; and his children, Dawn Osburne of Lexington, Kentucky, Julia Greenwell of Louisville, Kentucky, Sarah Greenwell of Louisville, Kentucky, Anna Ingalls of Scottsburg, Indiana, Damian Greenwell of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, Terry Blaylock of Austin, Indiana and Greg Blaylock of Austin, Indiana.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
