He was predeceased by: his father C. Lavern Smith; and his grandson Jeremy Eads. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his daughter Stacie Eads (Mark); his grandson Eli; his son Ryan Smith; his stepson Michael Fultz (Jen); his granddaughter Flynn; his sister Julia Johnson (Mike); and his pet Gabby. He is also survived by nephews, many cousins.
