She was predeceased by : her parents, Gilby Frazier and Imogene Caudill Frazier; her daughter Regina Allen; her siblings, Kellis Frazier, Kletta Frazier, Edward Frazier and Lyle Frazier; her granddaughter Jessica Atchison; and her great grandchild Xavier Kay.

She is survived by : her husband Vincent Lilly; her sons, Timothy Lilly (Delma), Phillip Lilly (Lissa) and Roy Lilly (Teresa); her son-in-law Steve Allen; her sisters, Ethelene Thomas and Oveta Davis; and her grandchildren, Sabrina Kay (Gage), Samantha Lancaster (Bobby), Alan Lamb (Heather), Nathan Lilly, Dalton Lamb, Kayla Elliott (Ty) and Bryan Lilly (Brianna).

Memorial contributions in Letha's memory can be made to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation (3 Columbus Circle, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10019).
