She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Proffitt and Tressie VanWinkle; her husband David Jantzen; her children, David Wayne Hublard, James C. Frederick and Faith Frederick; and her siblings, James Proffitt and Mary Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, George E. Hublard (Faye), Vanessa R. Hublard Smiley, Valerie R. Hublard and Mark A. Jantzen (Jennifer); and her sisters, Irene Gaddis and Patricia Coleman. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kraft Funeral Service (2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
