With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Kay Hostetler of New Albany, Indiana, who passed away on March 11, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Phyllis Kay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phyllis Kay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Boyle and Elsie Boyle (Wheeler); her husband George Herbert Hostetler II; and her brother Gary Boyle. She is survived by: her children, Julie Buckingham (Mike) and George Hostetler III (Alice). She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
