He was predeceased by: his parents, James Banks and Juanita Banks (James); and his brothers, Calvin and Melvin Banks. He is survived by: his son Ralph "Tree" Wyatt of Richmond, VA; his friend Kathy Booker; his significant other Theresa Robertson; and his grandchildren, Ralph Jr. and Raven Wyatt.
