He was predeceased by: his mother Effie Hall (Van Conay); his daughter Lisa Hall Phan; and his siblings, Ruby Stennett, Delbert Hall and Marvin R. Hall.
He is survived by: his father Robert E. Hall, Sr.; his wife Annis Hall (Shelton); and his daughter Anita Harris (Thomas).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Edwardsville Cemetery.
