Ballew, Chester Neal "Chet" Ballew, Sr., Pearley Marie "Pearl" Ballew Byrne (Hugh E. Birs), Betty Jean "Willie" Ballew Kopp, Barbara Ann Ballew Ambers and Reba C. Ballew Lyninger.

He is survived by: his brother Rick Ballew (Sue); and his brother-in-law Don Kopp. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews; a host of cousins; special friends.
