He is survived by: his wife Cathy L. Campbell; his sons, Jesse R. Campbell (Amy) and Shaun M. Campbell (Jessica); his siblings, Robert "Bud" Campbell (Ginny) and Donna Tolle; his stepsister Judy May; his grandchildren, Jade, Payton, Cooper, Declan, Corbin and Charlyne; his aunt Claudia; his uncle Don Walter; and his brother-in-law Joe Neal (Phyllis). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
