It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Fulton (New Albany, Indiana), who passed away on May 11, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Hanger Sr. and Loretta Hanger. She is survived by: her children, Rachel Stewart and Christopher Hanger; her siblings, Douglas G. Brewer, James R. Hanger Jr., Charles L. Hanger, Linda Hanger, Cheryl A. Ramsey and Pauline K. Campbell; and her granddaughter Mary Stewart.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all arrangements are private.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes to have donations made to the National Association for Down Syndrome in Sandra's name.
