He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. "Dute" Shireman Sr. and Delores Deen Shireman; and his brother James W. Shireman Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Considine-Shireman; his nephews, Max Shireman (Stacy) and Sean Beck; his band members, Paul, Brian, Jason, Micah, Shawn and Matthew; and his pets, Louie and Benny.
