She is survived by: her husband Roy Settle; her daughters, Deborah Oskins (Doug), Deedra Ankrom, Dianna Jenkins, Rebecca Arnold, Teresa Betz (Dean) and Melissa Hobbs; and her brother Wayne Cobb (Martha). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandson.
The family requests that contributions in Thelma's memory be made to The Salvation Army.
