He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Allen Himebaugh Sr. and Dianna Pickerill; his niece Amanda Himebaugh; and his nephew Kamm Vangilder. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Himebaugh (Rhonda), Melissa Grether, Tina Leach (Danny) and Suzette "Suzie" Pickerill (Mike); his son DJ Leach (Haley); and his stepfather Dennis Pickerill.
