He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Elizabeth Simon; his parents, Doris Simon, and Johnny Simon, Sr.; and his son Steve Simon. He is survived by: his daughters, Millie "Sue" Norman (Scott) and Lisa Ladd; and his grandchildren, Ashley Arnold (Edwin), Kayla Simon, Robert John, Scotty Norman, Thomas Norman (Diana), Angel Loney, Brianna Loney and Bethany Garrow (Danny).
