She is survived by: her children, Rita "Lynn" Hoffman (Mike) of Charlestown, William "Billy" Stephens Jr. (Kim) of Jeffersonville and Richard A "Rick" Stephens (Kyra) of Charlestown, Indiana.; her grandchildren, Brooke McNatt (Shane) of Louisville, Ryan Hoffman (Kayla) of Charlestown, Laura Murphy (Chris) of Jeffersonville, Brandon Stephens (Jessica) of Charlestown and Ariel Dickeson (Jeremy) of Charlestown, Indiana.; her great grandchildren, Sloane, Saylor McNatt, Dawson, Hudson Hoffman, Amelia Murphy, Eleanor and Haddie Stephens; and her pet Zoe.
