He was predeceased by: his father William W. Bline; his wife Sharon Bline; and his brother Mike Bline. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Jacobi, William Bline Jr. (Dana) and David Bline; and his brothers, Walter "Eddie" Bline (Linda) and Dennis Bline (Bonnie). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
