He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Dolan and Alice Dolan. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Dolan (Huber); his daughters, Anna Blanton (Charlie) and Carly Dolan; his grandchildren, Lily Blanton and Weston Johnson; his sister Bonnie Beemer (Tim); and his in-laws, Vicki, Jerry Russell, Theresa, Tim Rapp, Danny, Laurie Huber and Kathy Huber. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Ln, New Albany, IN 47150). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Navilleton (7500 Navilleton Rd, Floyds Knobs, IN 47119).
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Mary's Navilleton Church, Hospice, or organizations geared towards helping children in need are preferred in Billy's memory.
