He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fullenlove Woodard and Bonnie Woodard (Wingler); and his brother Samuel Woodard. He is survived by: his sister Mary Hall (Jeff); his nieces, Susan Daugherty and Sandy Grace; and his close friends, Tony and David.
