John R. Cook Obituary

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint John leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph, Sr. Cook and Barbara Cook (Stalcup); and his brother James Cook. He is survived by: his wife Sonia Thomas; his son Jarrod Cook of LaPorte; his grandchildren, Damon and Ayla Cook; his brother Joseph Cook, Jr.; his aunt Nancy; and his uncle Don Claus. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and a niece.
