She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rose and Retha Rose (Downs); her husband Douglas Chambers; her son Randy Warren; her grandson John "J. D." Wilson; and her sister Linda Novotny.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Hester (Jake) of New Carlisle, Melissa Gambill (Jim) of Michigan City, Samantha Chambers (Doi) of Gulf Port and Daniel Chambers (Kristina) of Michigan City; her grandchildren, Katrina (Cain), Michaela, Karissa (Charles), Trista (Caleb), Kenzie, Jasmine, Arianna, Brensley (Mark), Devin (Theresa), Payton, Nicole, Destiny, Cheyenne (Alexis) and Anthony; and her siblings, Catherine Kniola (Bobby) of Richmond, Terry Hull and Robert Rose. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
