Scott Cizewski Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2025, at the age of 57, Scott Cizewski of New Carlisle, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cizewski and Irma Cizewski (Arndt); and his sister Kim Miller. He is survived by: his children, Emily, Tim Mace of La Porte, Adam and Tayler Cizewski of South Bend; his siblings, Marc Cizewski of La Porte, Salone England of Texas and Daphne Tollis of Florida; and his siblings' children, Mindi, Jon Price of Cedar Rapids, Jack, Evan Cizewski of La Porte, Courtney, Brittani, Kayleigh, Jullien Heath of La Porte, Mike and Julie Smith of Michigan City. He is also survived by numerous aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First Church of God (2020 E Lincolnway, La Porte, IN 46350).
