He is survived by: his wife Patricia Guffey; his children, Angela Guffey, Mandy Riggs and Chad Blankenship; his grandchildren, Alexis Whitted (Nick LaRose), Kaylea DeWitt (Kyle Benson), Derek Amonett and Shalee Guffey (Nathan Divens); and his siblings, Mark "Ray" Guffey (Marilyn), Duane "Mo" Guffey, Tony Guffey (Christy) and Tammy Feaster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
