He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Teel and Julia Teel (Eatons); his wife Mary Louise Teel; and his daughters, Vicky Williams and Helen Sue Teel.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Teel, James Teel (Kathy), Ricky Teel, Della Teel, Andrew Teel (Kara) and Robert Williams; his grandchildren, Kimberly Richards, Cindy Dillingham (Robert), Nikki Carter (John), Floyd Richards (Jennifer) and James Teel (Paige); his sister Lesta "Mae" Abshire; and his close friends, Marshall, Betty Ferre, Mike Godfrey, Mike Downey, Sandy Perry and Patricia Vanderpool. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
