She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Terry of New Castle and Allison Terry of New Castle; her sister Elizabeth Choate (David) of Mooreland; her sibling's children, David Ray, Ashley, Harlen and Justin Choate; her former husband Jerry Terry; her grandchildren, Allison, Jennifer and Randall Godfrey; and her close friend Miss Lou.
