He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bertram and Dorothy Bertram (Bell); his siblings, Bonnie Piercy (Jack), Sue Piercy (Harold), Warren and Bob Bertram; and his nephew Little Jack Piercy.
He is survived by: his wife Daphne Bertram; his children, Vince Bertram, Angie Bertram-Smith (Steve Laurie), Devon Bertram, Amber Block (Dan Hecimovich) and Tianna Bertram; his grandchildren, Brock Smith (Maddison), Ryan Bertram (Rachel), Drew Bertram, Bryce Pinkard (Taylor), Riley Bertram, Kayden Wilson and Brayden Bullock; his great grandchildren, Bailee, Hansen, Dawson, Vivian Smith, Clara Bertram, Hadley and Hinsley Pinkard; and his siblings, Brenda Abbott (Steve), Kathy Bertram and Wallace Bertram (Phyllis). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
