He is survived by: his mother Terry (Kemp); his daughters, Kennedy, Kenzley Velie of Sheridan and Zoeanne Bilbrey of Sheridan; his brothers, Buddy Kemp (Shandi), Gregory "Gene" Velie (Sunny) of New Castle and Brian Velie (Tammy) of Avon; and his aunts, Donna Pierce (Kenneth) of Cadiz and Louann Wright of Cadiz.
