She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Blevins and Agnes Blevins (Frazier); her stepmother Elsie Blevins; her husband Everett Oney, Jr.; her daughter Kathy Oney; her brothers, Bill Blevins (Mag), David Blevins (Leatha) and Orville Blevins, Jr.; her half-brothers, Earl Blevins, Johnny Blevins and Phil Blevins; and her siblings-in-law, Ervin Oney, Carl Oney (Jean), Edmund Oney (Thelma), Hildreth Hoover (Virgil), Margaret Turner, Edna Ferguson (Roy), Eula Adkins (Everett), Lillian Blevins (Lawrence) and Faye McGraw (Romy).
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Schmidt (late Lonnie Lewis) of New Castle and Lori Wannemacher (Tom) of New Castle; her grandson Aaron Schmidt (Danielle); her great grandchildren, Tea, Everett and Malchus; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Raeann and Ryder; her sister Jewel Oney; and her half-siblings, Ellen Blevins and Ronnie Blevins (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
