He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard and JoAnn Hoffa (Hall). He is survived by: his wife Donna Hoffa; his son Christopher Hoffa; his sisters, Angela Stevens (Christopher), Bonnie Hoffa and Diana McLin; his nephew Marty Cleveland (Priscilla); his close friend Jeff Myers; and his pet Cricket "Drama Queen".
