It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Madison of New Castle, Indiana, born in West Jefferson, North Carolina, who passed away on April 19, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William D. Madison and Hazel Storey (Allen); his wife Phyllis (Winchester); his son Larry Joe Madison; his son-in-law Gary Guffey; and his siblings, Bill, Daisy, Polly and Peggy.

He is survived by : his children, Wendy Buck (Michael) and Joda Guffey; his grandchildren, Mandy Buck, Joshua and Anna Shelton; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Greyson, Noah, Tyler, Reid and Owen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
