He was predeceased by : his father James Neal; and his brothers, Jimmy and Dennis Neal. He is survived by : his mother Betty Neal (Jessee); his girlfriend Shara Stevens (Nikki); his daughter Jasmine Duff; his grandson Gaberial Duff; his sisters, Lou (Danny) and Vickie Conners (Mitch); and his stepson Brentten Marcum. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
