Christopher J. Weidert Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Christopher J. Weidert of New Castle, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 8, 2025 at the age of 40. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Christopher J. Weidert to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his mother Debby K. Weidert (Gill); his sister Kathryn Ann Weidert; and his grandparents, Anabelle Weidert, Donald, Iris Gill and Harriett Gill.
He is survived by: his father Steven Weidert; his friend Krista; his wife Krista G. Weidert (McClurg) of New Castle; his sons, Cooper J. Weidert and Connor A. Weidert; his brother Jonathan Weidert (Kathy); his stepmother Denise Weidert of New Castle; his in-laws, Marlena Wray (Gary) of New Castle and John McClurg (Rachael) of New Castle; his sibling's children, Isaac Weidert, Garrett McClurg and Aubree McClurg; his brother-in-law Brad McClurg (Jordan) of New Castle; and his grandfathers-in-law, Nell Cox of New Castle and Sharon McClurg of New Castle. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and many extended family members and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
