With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cleo E. Harding of New Castle, Indiana, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on January 22, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Donald Lantz; her sons, Steven and Butch; and her sisters, Helen and Donna.

She is survived by : her daughters, Joy Binion of New Castle and Dana Harding of Swaziland. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren, a sister and several nieces and nephews.
