He is survived by: his mother Shannon Marie Campbell; his grandparents, Kathy and Jim Campbell; his siblings, Claar Lindon (Jay), Cassidi Phelps, Carli Phelps and Perry James "PJ" McFarland (Kelsey); his siblings' children, Adaline, Ora Jo Lindon, Ripleigh Phelps, Amir Phelps-Edley and Elias James McFarland; his aunts and uncles, Robert (April Campbell), Kim (Carla Campbell), Denise (Britt Todd) and Debbie Mathis; and his friends, Cindy Macky, Kyle, Karl Poynter, Jill Leveredge and Pat Chase. He is also survived by several cousins; great aunts and uncles.
