He was predeceased by: his parents, Conwell Ward and Florence Ward (Lamberson); his son Reverend George Bell; his wife Alma Faye Ward (Goforth); and his siblings, Raymond, Harold James, Charles, Richard and Edna.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Ward (Phyllis) of De Soto, MO and Deborah Clarke (John) of Bentonville; his grandchildren, Corey Ward of St. Louis, MO, Jeremy Ward (Keri) of Hillsboro, MO and Rebecca Ward of Knoxville, TN; his great grandchildren, Emily Faye Ward of Hillsboro, MO, Madelyn Ward of Hillsboro, MO, Cody Conwell Ward of Hillsboro, MO and Victoria Ward of Hillsboro, MO; and his brother Fred Ward of Monticello, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
