He was predeceased by : his father Levi Spivey; and his brother Allen. He is survived by : his sons, Cary Stidham (Wendy) and Joe Spivey (Jessica); and his siblings, Orville, Dean, Bonnie, Betty, Becky and Sarah. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
