He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Evans and Gertrude Evans (Hines); and his wife Donna Evans. He is survived by: his sons, Duane Evans of New Castle and Darren Evans (Angela) of Dunlap, TN; and his grandchildren, Denise Lyons (Drew), Tiffany Jones (Adam) of Lynn, Halee Evans of Fortville and Austin Evans of Fortville. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
