He is survived by: his wife Lisa Lance (Kendall); his son Johnathan Lance of New Castle; his stepdaughter Autumn Price (Jason) of New Castle; his grandchildren, Jalen Price and Alexa Lance; and his siblings, Larry Lance (Valerie) of Texas and Kim Harp (Cecil) of Texas.
