He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Jr. Duvall and Dorothy Mae Duvall (Guffey). He is survived by: his wife Tara Duvall (Slettvet); his daughters, Charlotte Pennington (Charles), Donna Bright (Dana Andrew) and Valerie Burkman; his grandchildren, Cory, Jessica, Dillon, Megan, Kaity, Allison, Jayce and Eli; and his great grandchildren, Ivan and Jonah. He is also survived by four sisters, five brothers, along with several nieces and nephews.
