She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Winter and Doris Winter (Miller); her son Justin Pheffer; her brother Danny Winter; and her nephew Andy Winter.
She is survived by: her husband William Pheffer (Bo) of New Castle; her daughter Megan Pheffer Harvey of Indianapolis; and her grandsons, Andrew Pheffer, Baxter Harvey and Truman Harvey.
