He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wise and Nina Wise (Kearney); his daughter Kristin Supinger; his brothers, Jim, Gene, David and Billy Jr.; and his father-in-law William C. Carter.

He is survived by: his wife Belinda Wise; his sons, Scott Wise (Erin Mahin) and Steven Wise (Tia); his grandchildren, Devon Hernly, Lillian Guffey, Caleb Supinger, Tyler Wise, Katelyn Wise, Trent Supinger, Ethan Wise and Brooklyn Wise; his siblings, Jack Wise and Susan Conner; and his mother-in-law Creola Carter.
