She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Byron and Mildred Ova Groves (West); her husband Rev. Leon Davis; her son-in-law Dan Maddox; and her siblings, Clyde, Robert, Lloyd, Howard Groves and Edna Mae Green.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Maddox of Trinity, FL and Sheryl Martin (Hartcel) of Lamar, MS; her grandchildren, Michelle, Jeff Barrick of Florida, Jennifer Maddox of Florida, Shannon, Jerry Johnson of Indianapolis, Deshon and Dwane Smith of Indianapolis; her great grandchildren, Spencer Barrick, Isaac, Caleb, Seth Maddox, Keelan Smith, Colton, Kendra Chapman, Nicole and Jonah Thacker; her great great grandchildren, Serinity, Sage Chapman, Nyrah and Zara Thacker; and her sister Joan Sexton of Fairmount, IN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
