Eckrote and Aletha Love Eckrote (Fosnight); her husband Richard "Dick" Lee Johnson; and her siblings, Thelma Longwell, Gerald Eckrote, Geraldine Ray, Imogene Cain, Dale Eckrote, Joe Eckrote Jr., James Robert Eckrote, Russell Eckrote, Waneta Johnson and Donna Hoagland.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Wright (Tony) of New Castle; her grandchildren, Matt Wright (Amy) of West Lafayette and Amanda Jones (Zac) of New Castle; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Mason Wright, Makenzie and Dylan Foga. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the South Mound Cemetery-West Lawn (505 Bundy Ave, New Castle, IN 47362).
