He is survived by: his son James Mix (Zoe) of Chicago; his niece Cara Collier (Travis); his brothers, Richard Neal (Robin), Jack Mix (Jamie) and Curtis Neal; his siblings' children, Michael Rector, Kelly Rector (Maggie), Jeffery Massengale, Kyle Orr (Morgan), Joshua Orr, Jagger, Jensen Mix, Ashlee Neal, Brylee Neal and Jessa Mix; his brother-in-law Walter Rector; and his caregivers, Diann Hitchcock, Nicha Coatie and Henry.
