It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin Jules Sloan of New Castle, Indiana, who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin Sloan and Louisa Sloan (Van Berkelaer); his son Bryan Sloan; and his sisters, Beverly Pennycuff and Lillian Bray.
He is survived by : his wife Rebecca; his children, Sherry Brummett (Shawn) and Doug Sloan (Amy); his great grandchildren, Josh Atkinson, Candace Atkinson, Kyle Sloan, Derek Sloan, Jesse Sloan, Kenton Sloan, Khalon Waters, Allie Atkinson and Kylor Sloan; his sister Joanna Cory; and his caregivers, Tina, Beth, Nikki and Jules "Ed". He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
