He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Arlie A. Koch and Hilda Ruth Koch (Linn); his wife Alyce Mae Wolff; his children, John Paul Koch (Joy) of Huntington, Indiana, Karen Marie Miller (Greg) of Layton, Utah and Sarah Ann Hughes (Brian) of New Castle, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Kayla Wolf (Aaron), Karmen Koch, Jordan Miller (Heidi), Jared Miller (Lexie), Alyssa Miller, Hannah Hughes, Cole Hughes and Haley Hughes; his great grandchildren, Judah Miller, Adalynn Miller and Elliot Miller; his siblings, Janet Friedly (Don) of Annandale, Virginia and Charles Koch (Janet) of Defiance, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Josiah Miller, Trey Koch, Mary and Bracken Hughes; and his brother James (Dorothy Koch).

Attendees are asked to observe social distancing, refrain from close physical contact, and wear facial coverings as required by state mandate.
