He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Divine and Mildred Divine (Brookshire); his wife Sandy Devine; and his granddaughters, Lindsay A. Haynes and Ashley Haynes.
He is survived by: his children, Maurie Devine of Henry County and Jill Devine of Anderson; his stepchildren, JB Nicholson (Tammi) and Miranda Hatfield (Larry); his granddaughter Jennifer Haynes-Hall; and his great grandchild Dixie Ford.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rose City Funeral Home (2011 Broad St, New Castle, IN 47362). A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the South Mound Cemetery - West Lawn (505 Bundy Ave, New Castle, IN 47362).
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Shop with a Fireman 229 N. Main Street New Castle, IN 47362.
