He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Barkley and Mildred Barkley (Tout); his son Robbie Barkley; and his brother Clarence Barkley. He is survived by: his wife Karlotta Barkley (Castle); and his sons, Chris Barkley and Terry Barkley.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
