He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marion and Anna Bell Terry; his mother Linda Godfrey; his wife Annitta Jane Terry; his brothers, Bobby and Michael Brown; and his niece Jessie Evans.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Lynn Terry of New Castle and Allison Jean Terry of New Castle; his father Randall Godfrey of New Castle; and his sister Christina Evans of Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
