He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Willoughby and Gladys Willoughby (Lawson); his wife Emma Jean Terry; and his son Tommy Adkins. He is survived by : his children, Angela Ambrose, Debbie Willoughby (Jeff Carter) and Jim Willouhgby (Lisa); his siblings, Barbara Kidd (Arlin) and Jack Willoughby (Mary); and his son-in-law Andrew Ambrose. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
