She was predeceased by: her parents, Wylie Bays and Lena Bays (Reno); her husband Paul A. Wallen; and her siblings, Luther, Charles, Donald, Tommy Bays (Patty), Aleen (Sam Owens) and Anetha Binford (Noel).
She is survived by: her significant other Gary Dean Razor; her daughter Anndrea Koger (Rick) of Kokomo; her stepson Jeff Razor (Stephanie) of Anderson; her grandsons, Dylan Anderson of Indianapolis and Dustin; her great grandchildren, Parker Anderson, Josiah Razor, Gabriella Razor and Dasia Owens; and her sibling's children, Steve Owens (Susie), Stuart Owens (Julie), Joyce and Marsha Hinsey.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
